Sandberg Institute Graduation Show

From June 16-19, Looiersgracht 60 is hosting the graduation show of the Sandberg Institute’s Graphic Design Department - headed by Annelys de Vet. Having hosted the institute previously in 2013, we are excited to welcome them back for what promises to be a very encouraging exhibition of young talent. Seven young designers will be showing their work. The expo will be curated by Agata Jaworski, an Amsterdam based curator who is active in design education at Sandberg Instituut, Design academy Eindhoven and ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem.

The Sandberg Institute Design course provides a framework for survival for future designers working within a fluid industry. Visual strategy and research based design projects are at the core of the programme, set within an environment that is critical, committed, curious and ‘above all, hazardous’.
