This limited edition is produced as part of a new series of artworks in relation to the exhibition ‘Sucking Stones’ by Amsterdam based artist Amie Dicke. For this particular artwork Dicke has redefined the cover of the book ‘Ethics’ by Michel Foucault. Here the artist has reworked the cover extensively with a variety of mixed media primarily consisting of ink. Through housing a composition of ballpoint pen refills in a plastic polly pocket immersed in black ink, the artist has created a remarkable limited edition artwork. Each edition is hand numbered and signed.
